appui International LLC（appui International 合同会社。以下「当社」といいます。）は，当社が提供する「appui」その他のサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）におけるユーザー等の個人情報の取扱いについて，以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

第1条（適用範囲）

本ポリシーは，
(1) 本サービスを利用するタトゥースタジオ（以下「スタジオ」といいます。）
(2) スタジオを通じてタトゥーの施術・カウンセリング等を希望する個人（以下「エンドユーザー」といいます。）
(3) 当社ウェブサイトの閲覧者
の個人情報その他の情報の取扱いに適用されます。

第2条（事業者情報）

第3条（取得する情報）

当社は，本サービスの提供にあたり，次の情報を取得することがあります。

1. スタジオに関する情報
   ・スタジオ名，所在地，連絡先（電話番号，メールアドレス等）
   ・担当者名・役職
   ・アーティストの氏名・プロフィール・作品画像等
   ・契約プラン，利用状況，請求・支払に関する情報
   （Stripe等の決済サービスを通じて取得する決済関連情報を含みますが，当社はクレジットカード番号等の機微な情報そのものは保持しません。）

2. エンドユーザーに関する情報
   ・氏名，ニックネーム
   ・メールアドレス，電話番号，居住国・地域等
   ・予約希望日時，担当アーティスト，スタジオ名
   ・デザイン内容，体の部位，参考画像等，予約およびカウンセリングに必要な情報
   ・アンケートへの回答内容

3. サイト・サービス利用に伴い自動的に取得する情報
   ・IPアドレス，ブラウザ情報，端末情報
   ・Cookie，広告識別子（広告ID）
   ・閲覧したページや操作履歴，アクセス日時，滞在時間 等

第4条（利用目的）

当社は，取得した情報を，以下の目的の範囲内で利用します。

1. 本サービスの提供・運営のため
2. スタジオとエンドユーザーとの間の予約・連絡・カウンセリング等を円滑に行うため
3. 本人確認，不正利用・不正アクセスの防止のため
4. お問い合わせ・サポートへの対応のため
5. 利用料金の計算，請求，支払処理のため
6. 本サービスの品質向上，新機能・新サービスの企画・改善のため
7. 本サービスに関するお知らせ，アンケート等の送付のため
8. 当社または本サービスに関連するイベント・キャンペーン等のご案内のため
9. 法令に基づく権利行使・義務履行のため
10. 上記利用目的に付随する目的のため

第5条（Cookie等の利用）

1. 当社は，本サービスの利用状況の把握や利便性向上等のため，Cookieや類似技術を利用することがあります。
2. 当社は，Googleアナリティクス（GA4）その他のアクセス解析ツールや広告配信サービスを利用する場合があり，その際，各サービス提供者がCookieや広告識別子等を利用してデータを収集することがあります。
3. ユーザーは，ブラウザ設定を変更することによりCookieの受入れを拒否することができますが，本サービスの一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

第6条（第三者提供）

1. 当社は，次の場合を除き，あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく，個人データを第三者に提供しません。
   　(1) 法令に基づく場合
   　(2) 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要がある場合で，本人の同意を得ることが困難なとき
   　(3) 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合で，本人の同意を得ることが困難なとき
   　(4) 国の機関等に協力する場合
   　(5) 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で，個人データの取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
   　(6) 事業の承継に伴って個人データが提供される場合
   　(7) その他，個人情報保護法により第三者提供が認められる場合
2. 本サービスにおいては，エンドユーザーが入力した予約情報・連絡先等を，スタジオとエンドユーザーとの間の連絡・予約・カウンセリングのために相互に閲覧・利用できる状態とすることがあります。この場合の取扱いは，本ポリシーおよび各利用規約に従うものとします。

第7条（業務委託）

当社は，利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で，個人データの取扱いの全部または一部を外部事業者に委託することがあります。この場合，当社は，委託先に対して適切な監督を行います。

第8条（安全管理措置）

当社は，個人データの漏えい，滅失またはき損の防止その他の安全管理のため，アクセス制限，ログ管理，暗号化等，必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

第9条（個人データの保存期間）

当社は，取得した個人データを，利用目的に必要な範囲内で保存します。
エンドユーザーの予約情報等については，原則として最終利用日から3年間保存し，その後，当社の定める方法により削除または匿名化します。ただし，法令上の保存義務がある場合，紛争の予防・対応の必要がある場合等はこの限りではありません。

第10条（開示等の請求）

本人から，当社が保有する個人データの開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止等を求められた場合には，法令に基づき適切に対応します。具体的な手続きは，第2条記載のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。

第12条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

1. 当社は，法令の改正や本サービス内容の変更等に応じて，本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
2. 重要な変更を行う場合には，当社ウェブサイト上での掲示その他当社が適切と判断する方法により周知します。

第13条（準拠法・管轄）

本ポリシーの解釈・適用については，日本法を準拠法とします。
本ポリシーに関して紛争が生じた場合には，東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Privacy Policy

appui International LLC (appui International 合同会社, hereinafter the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) sets forth this privacy policy (this “Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users and others in connection with the tattoo studio reservation and related services “appui” and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

This Policy applies to the handling of personal information and other information relating to:

1. Tattoo studios that use the Service (collectively, “Studios”);

2. Individuals who wish to receive tattoo procedures, consultations or similar services through Studios (collectively, “End Users”); and

3. Visitors to our websites.

Article 3 (Information We Collect)

In connection with the provision and operation of the Service, the Company may collect the following categories of information.

1. Information about Studios

• Studio name, address and contact information (telephone number, email address, etc.)

• Name and title/position of the contact person

• Names, profiles, portfolio images and similar information about Artists belonging to the Studio

• Information regarding subscribed plans, usage status, billing and payments

• Information obtained via payment service providers such as Stripe
  (however, we do not retain full credit card numbers or other highly sensitive payment credentials)

1. Information about End Users

• Name and/or nickname

• Email address, telephone number, country/region of residence and similar contact details

• Desired reservation date and time, preferred Artist, Studio name

• Design concepts, tattoo location on the body, reference images and other information necessary for reservations and consultations

• Responses to surveys and questionnaires

1. Information collected automatically through the use of the Service and our sites

• IP address, browser type and device information

• Cookies and advertising identifiers (ad IDs)

• Browsing history, pages viewed, operation logs, access dates and times, duration of visits and similar usage data

Article 4 (Purposes of Use)

We use the information we collect only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

1. To provide, operate and maintain the Service;

2. To facilitate reservations, communications and consultations between Studios and End Users;

3. To verify identities and to prevent unauthorized use, fraud and unauthorized access;

4. To respond to inquiries and provide customer support;

5. To calculate usage fees and to process billing and payments;

6. To improve the quality of the Service and to plan, develop and enhance new features and new services;

7. To send notices, announcements and surveys relating to the Service;

8. To provide information about events and campaigns organized by the Company or related to the Service;

9. To exercise rights and perform obligations under laws and regulations; and

10. For purposes incidental or related to any of the purposes listed above.

Article 5 (Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies)

1. We may use cookies and similar technologies for the purposes of understanding how the Service is used and improving convenience for users.

2. We may use access analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and advertising delivery services. In such cases, the providers of these services may collect data using cookies, advertising identifiers and similar technologies.

3. Users may reject cookies by changing the settings of their web browser; however, if cookies are disabled, some features of the Service may not be available or may not function properly.

Article 6 (Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties)

1. We will not provide personal data to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual, except in the following cases:

2. Where required by laws or regulations;

3. Where necessary for the protection of life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent;

4. Where especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent;

5. Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national government body, local government body, or a person entrusted by such body in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the individual’s consent is likely to impede the execution of such affairs;

6. Where the handling of personal data is entrusted to a third party within the scope necessary for achieving the purposes of use;

7. Where personal data is provided as part of a business succession due to a merger or other reasons; or

8. Where the provision of personal data is otherwise permitted under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations.

9. Within the Service, we may make reservation information, contact details and other information entered by End Users available to Studios, and vice versa, to the extent necessary for communication, reservations and consultations between Studios and End Users. In such cases, the handling of such information shall be governed by this Policy and the relevant terms of use.

Article 7 (Outsourcing of Data Processing)

We may entrust all or part of the handling of personal data to external service providers within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, we will conduct appropriate supervision of such service providers, including by entering into necessary contracts regarding the handling of personal data.

Article 8 (Security Measures)

We take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal data and to otherwise ensure its safe management, including access controls, log management, encryption and other technical and organizational measures.

Article 9 (Retention Period of Personal Data)

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of use.

As a general rule, reservation information and other data relating to End Users is retained for three (3) years from the date of last use and is thereafter deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal procedures. However, this general rule does not apply where we are required by law to retain data for a longer period or where retention is necessary for the prevention or resolution of disputes.

Article 10 (Requests for Disclosure, Correction, etc.)

If we receive a request from an individual for the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or similar actions with respect to personal data held by the Company, we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Details of the procedures will be provided upon request to the contact point set forth in Article 2.

Article 12 (Amendments to This Policy)

1. We may amend this Policy from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations or changes in the contents of the Service, or as otherwise necessary.

2. When making important amendments, we will notify users by posting such amendments on our website or by other methods we deem appropriate.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
